If you want constuctive crit, all I can honestly say is his chin looks very square, and rounding it off looks better, but it actually works well in this piece!
But it's is so great great GREAT!

The picture is really good. I like the feeling about it. For any kind of critique? I'd say that I dont' really like the way you drew his lips too much. But then again, it might just be an issue of ones taste o,-
